    Mark Dollard, DPM

    About the Speaker: Mark Dollard DPM is in private practice, Sterling, VA, 1981 graduate of Illinois College podiatric medicine, 1983 Atlanta podiatric surgical residency program. He has served as the National Scientific Chairman for APMA 2003, the mid-Atlantic region for 25 years, and VA Podiatric Medical Association. He presently serves as the Podiatric Advisor with the Novitas Medicare carrier, reviewing wound care policies and their coverage, reviewing wound care issues, including bioengineered skin grafts or substitutes, and reviewing other clinical therapies in wound repair.
